Holly's journey in the field of recruiting began with a college internship at Walt Disney World, followed by being selected to become a Campus Recruiter where she first discovered her passion for connecting talented individuals with opportunities. This experience motivated her to pursue a dedicated internship in recruiting within the financial services industry in New Jersey. Subsequently, Holly secured a full-time position as a Clinical Recruiting Associate at a reputable specialized staffing firm in the same region.  Throughout her ~7 years with this staffing firm, Holly progressively advanced in her career, accumulating extensive expertise in recruiting. Her dedication and proficiency led her to assume the role of Clinical Recruiter Consultant.

Due to her husband's military commitments, Holly underwent a relocation, prompting her to transition to a remote position as Vice President of Client Management at a globally renowned organization where she worked for nearly 9 years. In this role, she honed her skills and broadened her understanding of the industry, proving herself to be a respected industry expert with long standing client relationships.

Now, equipped with comprehensive knowledge and experience across the recruitment cycle, Holly takes pride in establishing her own firm.
