Founder, President & CEO

​Holly's near two decades of experience in the field of recruiting began with a college internship at Walt Disney World, followed by being selected to become a Campus Recruiter where she first discovered her passion for connecting talented individuals with opportunities. This experience motivated her to pursue a dedicated internship in recruiting within the financial services industry in New Jersey.

 

Subsequently, Holly secured a full-time position as a Clinical Recruiting Associate at a reputable specialized staffing firm in the same region.  Throughout her near 7 years with this staffing firm, Holly progressively advanced in her career, accumulating extensive expertise in recruiting. Her dedication and proficiency led her to assume the role of Clinical Recruiter Consultant.

Due to her husband's military commitments and a following relocation, Holly transitioned to a remote position as Vice President of Client Management at a globally renowned organization where she worked for nearly 9 years. In this role, she honed her skills and broadened her understanding of the industry, proving herself to be a respected industry expert with long standing client relationships.

Now, equipped with comprehensive knowledge and experience across the recruitment cycle, Holly takes pride in establishing her own firm HDW Executive Recruiting, operating in partnership with RIM Recruitment Professionals, a network of 125+ independent recruiters. Alyson is a Senior Recruiter and Client Relationship Manager with 10+ years of experience supporting hiring in regulated manufacturing and industrial environments, including food, pharmaceutical, defense, and highly controlled production settings. Experienced in recruiting engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, maintenance, automation, and technical leadership roles while ensuring alignment with safety, compliance, and audit requirements.

Supported high-volume, high-bar hiring initiatives across enterprise organizations, partnering closely with plant leadership, operations managers, and functional stakeholders to deliver critical roles under tight production timelines. Most recently at Innovative Management Concepts, supported recruiting and proposal staffing within prime/sub federal environments, with a strong emphasis on labor category alignment, personnel compliance, and documentation accuracy—experience directly transferable to regulated manufacturing environments governed by FDA, USDA, ISO, and DoD standards.

Known for balancing speed, compliance, and workforce stability in environments where downtime and turnover directly impact operations. Leverage AI-enabled sourcing and market analysis to build durable pipelines, benchmark compensation, and reduce time-to-fill while maintaining quality and retention. Chloe Suszynski brings over 15 years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, and business operations to her role as a Fractional HR Consultant with HDW Executive Recruiting. Her unique background includes years as a retail business owner and later as a recruiting leader supporting companies across life sciences, technology, and engineering sectors.
 

At HDW, Chloe partners with growth-stage businesses to provide fractional HR leadership — helping clients build or refine their HR infrastructure, develop scalable people processes, and implement high-impact talent strategies.
 

Chloe’s approach is both strategic and hands-on, offering services such as HR department audits and restructuring, onboarding and SOP development, performance management frameworks, and hiring process design.
